'America's happy warrior' got a birthday greeting on @BarackObama's Twitter account, where the photo above was posted with "Happy Birthday, Mr. Vice President."The Tweet wasn't signed with President Obama's initials, "-bo," indicating it was written by a staffer; the President is in Asia finishing a four-day tour. The Vice President had no public events scheduled for Tuesday.
